Can we rent a room as a couple?
Our suites are available for double occupancy. These rooms are equipped with a double bed. Just send us an e-mail if you want to book as a couple.
What is included in the price?

What is not included in the price?
The laundry facility can be used on a pay-per-use basis. If you wish you can request extra cleaning of your room at a surcharge. Optional services such as a personal tour guide can be booked after you have booked your room.
How do I book a room?
Simple. Click here and follow the steps to book your room online. It shouldn’t take you more than a few minutes to complete.

- Confirm your booking
- Make your payment
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation
- Bring the confirmation when you are staying at the hotel
What is the cancellation policy?
A hotel agreement can be cancelled at any time. Notice of cancellation must be provided by e-mail. A contracting party shall derive no rights from an oral cancellation.

Check-in
Can I move in early?
If you would like to arrive early please contact a member of our team and we will arrange for early arrival and storage of your luggage.
What do I need to bring?
Since our rooms are fully furnished you will only need to bring your clothes, books, toiletries, laptop and any accessories to make your room feel like your home!
What extra charges can I expect?
You will have to pay for laundry and any items purchased from the vending machine. Also, you will have to pay for any expenditures in our bar or restaurant. Upgrades of internet or TV package are also available at a surcharge. Also, if you wish, you can request weekly or monthly cleaning of your room, meal plans for dinner in our restaurant and many other items that you might value as an extra. Please check your pre-arrival portal for more information.
What documents are required for me to check-in?
Please make sure you bring your booking confirmation and your ID or passport.

Staying at the hotel
Can I smoke in my room?
No, our locations are strictly non-smoking. You may smoke outside in designated smoking areas.
What if something in my room breaks or if my light bulb needs replacing?
We have a maintenance team at hand for all maintenance issues you may have in your room or the communal areas. Maintenance issues can be reported at the front desk. Repairs are free of charge assuming normal and responsible use. Should this not be the case we will need to charge you for compensation of possible damages.
Will I have a TV in my room?
Yes, all of our rooms are equipped with a TV
Will I have internet in my room?
Internet access is included in your room rate. You will have WiFi in your room and there is wireless access in the common areas. Please note that that we use a fair use policy.
What happens if I lose my key or get locked out of my room?
Things like these do happen but if you lose your key card you will need to pay to replace it and program you a new one.
